Education-Related Programs
Quality education is the core of Richmond County Partnership for Children’s
offerings. We envision a community in which all children, regardless of
household income, receive the best early education in order to prepare
them for kindergarten.
More at Four
Funds the placement of at-risk 4-year-olds into the public school
program designed to prepare the children for success in kindergarten.
More at Four is a community based, voluntary initiative.
Programs provide high quality standards
using Creative Curriculum which focuses on preparing children in
developmentally appropriate ways to be successful students.
Emphasis is on literacy, numbers, fine and gross motor skill
development and problem solving. Studies have shown that
students in high quality pre-kindergarten programs are more likely to
succeed in grades K-12.
