Child Care Providers

The Partnership offers many services to child care providers in Richmond County through our Child Care Avenues service.

Telephone Technical Assistance
If you have questions on licensing, star rating, training or other child care facility issues, call us! If we do not know the answer, we will find it for you.

On-site Technical Assistance
Our staff can visit your facility to provide assistance in many areas: applying for higher stars, improving quality based on the Environment Rating Scales, developing curriculum, improving health and safety practices, and other areas as requested.

Training
CCA offers in-service training for child care providers to fulfill state training requirements. A small fee is charged to partially cover workshop expenses. See our newsletter or calendar for upcoming trainings and fees.

Referrals
As a service to parents, Child Care Avenues makes referrals to state-licensed child care centers or homes, but does not recommend specific facilities. There is no charge for this service to providers and families. Call us to submit your facility’s information to our database.
