Referrals
Parents or guardians may call in or
walk in to request help in locating a child care facility suitable for
their family. We make unbiased referrals,
not recommendations, to legally operating child care facilities
(who have submitted their information for inclusion on the referral
database), based on the family’s preferences and needs.
There is no charge. We can simplify your search for child care! Call us
at 997-CARE (2273) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Information
& Education
Parents and families can call or email
for information about the star rating of their child care
facility, NC child care regulations, choosing quality child care,
or services for young children.
